In the course of the investigation by the TÜV Rheinland, its effectiveness was tested against bacterial strains such as pseudomonads, E. coli, enterococci and coliform bacteria. In this test, no more bacteria such as E. coli and pseudomonads could be detected in the water after one day.
The antibacterial efficacy according to ISO22196 was also confirmed by the Hohenstein Laboratories.
